Campbell, Inc.
expands operations

Campbell, Inc., a provider of commercial HVAC solutions in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan, has recently expanded its business operations at its Northwood headquarters. With a growing customer base that relies on dedicated Campbell, employees, it was necessary to add warehouse and office space to the current headquarters.

Construction began on a 12,200 square foot addition in the summer of 2017. This addition has almost doubled the existing facility from 14,600 square feet to 26,800 square feet with the shop space increasing from 8,600 square feet to 17,200 square feet. Additionally, the number of bays has increased from four to eight, allowing for increased efficiency to serve customers. An office renovation of almost 3,000 square feet will be completed this spring.

“The commitment we have to our customers and relationships we have established with the City of Northwood and the City of Rossford influenced our decision to expand at our current location,” stated Kris Campbell, president of Campbell, Inc. “The access to I-75 allows our technicians to deliver prompt service to our customers. We also appreciate the proximity we have to our business partners including the Mechanical Contractors Association, Local 50, and The Piping Industry Training Center. This expansion will allow us to continue to deliver on customer commitments and accommodate additional personnel.”

According to the company Campbell has had a flurry of recent growth activities in the past several years. In 2010, Campbell, Inc. relocated its Ann Arbor operations to Washtenaw Business Park facility and in 2014, it moved its Findlay facility to a much larger and more accessible location on Stanford Parkway. Most recently, the company embarked on the acquisition of The Enterprise Corporation, which is headquartered in Cleveland.

Since 1968, Campbell, Inc. has been helping building owners and managers with design, engineering, installation, maintenance, and repair solutions for HVAC systems. It also offers all-inclusive plumbing services for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. According to the company, its guaranteed maintenance program gives Campbell’s customers assurance their systems are running at maximum efficiency.
