For more than eight decades local, regional and national businesses have counted on Willis Day Properties Inc. and Willis Day Storage Company for their industrial warehousing needs. The transition to a full-service warehousing operation began a half-century ago when the family-owned company began to focus more intently on the storage and property leasing side of the business.

Today, we offer a choice of storage solutions at a wide-range of spaces, prices, sizes and ceiling heights. With two million square feet of available warehousing space, our current capabilities include storage for wholesale and public warehousing, industrial warehousing, medical and legal records, material handling, as well as supply chain and logistics management.

Still a family-owned business, the company has more than 25 employees and owns nearly a dozen buildings in the Toledo area. In addition, Willis Day Properties Inc. and Willis Day Storage Company offer space at a wide-range of sizes and prices on a long-term or short-term basis. We've come a long way in 80 years, but one thing has never changed. Heritage

The Willis Day Properties Inc. and Willis Day Storage Company heritage is rooted in family, and an irrepressible work ethic. Willis Day Jr. founded the company on the heels of the depression in 1929. The original building, located on Monroe St. in Toledo, Ohio, consisted of offices and warehousing space. As demand grew the family added new buildings and services to its operations, most of them located in Northwest Ohio.

The reputation of responsibility, honesty and getting the job done on time and on budget continued as the company transitioned from a moving operation to warehousing, storage and leasing to third parties.

Willis Day's work ethic is demonstrated by a project completed this past year. When a large storage client decided to move its inventory to a new location, we relocated 450,000 square feet of space to accommodate the product. During the relocation, we maintained error-free shipping to the client's customers. And the entire move took less than 45 days.

As it meets the demands of the 21st century, the customer service, common sense values of founder Willis Day Jr. continue to drive the company.
